Conveniently located in Downtown Detroit close close to the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. Very friendly staff. Quick and Convenient. Off-Street Parking and just $4 USD or $5 CAD per package. A really great deal. Buy Online and Ship to Detroit. Great for Windsor-Essex Chatham Kent.

Where do I start so I'm supposed to get delivery yesterday never showed up they called rebooked cool right on it's all excited today supposed to get it 9-1 supposedly the driver came supposedly the driver rang my doorbell as I'm supposedly waiting for them/they to show up as I'm extremely excited for my Christmas present. To find out from the operations manager the driver is already back in Edmonton and he is not going to send the driver back out to drop off the delivery like they're supposed to instead he argues with me treats like I'm three years old belittles me condescending, rude and arrogant not to mention he takes the tone with me over the phone like he's my husband or my child which I do not and will not take from anybody especially from someone who I have to pay to deliver the product. As a customer, it would be nice if this gentleman had some courtesy and some common sense I would not use them again. without us customers, you won't have a job for long.

Just average, and expensive.

Horrible customer service! i was just there to pick up my order and i felt like i was interrogated, The guy was so rude. Canadapost is way much better than them..i dont know why my online order was shipped via loomis this time.

Utterly irresponsible, unreliable, useless. The first excuse was that my address was incorrect. Funny, how Fedex, UPS and Purolator all use the exact address and have no trouble at all. This was on Friday. I called customer service and did not hear back, but I received an email saying it was on the truck for delivery Monday. Monday afternoon, another email arrives saying not deliverable as there was no one home. Well at the specific time, in fact, all day, two people and 2 dogs were home; there was no delivery. Period. My husband was outside on the driveway washing vehicles. After calling customer service , again, they still haven't responded. I advised the shipper to recall their package as I'm not paying for a delivery which I could have walked and picked up from the next city instead of waiting 5 days.

Fast, prompt, reliable, great service.

Excellent customer service, very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our proposal was delivered on time, even after unexpected delays.

Perfect and fast Service
