Was told my package couldn't' be delivered because my office was closed and it was a holiday. It was a Tuesday and not a holiday. Hundreds of people go in and out of my office building. There is no way it was closed. Regardless, the front desk is staffed and the doors are open 24/7. Ridiculous.

The customer service from a guy that answers the phone absolutely SUCKS! They forgot to schedule my morning pick up and then they had the nastiest attitude about their own "UN-professionalism"! Completely unapologetic about their mishap! AND wanted to charge me $65.00 for super rush for their SHORTCOMINGS. Now that my package has been delivered I will no longer be using this company!

The worst courier service in the city. The people that answer the phone are discourteous. Many of the couriers they send look homeless. They will try to charge for a two man job and only send one person. In one case they actually kept one item didnt deliver it and then discarded. I had been a customer for over ten years. However, they have reached a point of no return. When their is problem with a pickup rather than focusing on providing a solution they will become focused on attitude. STAY AWAY!
