Two, $3 parts holding up a $100K+ shipment. Called, called again...two days and no return call, no email. Can't even get another rep on the phone. Endless hold. Like everybody in NY is on lunch at the same time. This office should be outsourced to India. I hope you all lose your jobs. What an absolute joke.

I cannot get in touch w them abt my shipment although they called and left me a voicemail as to being some issues and needing more info. Nevermind that I paid hundreds of dollars to have my package arrive safely and smoothly. Horrible business when you cannot get through to a person.
