Purolator

Completely useless staff, you might as well just have a tablet and automated system to deal with. They confirmed with me 2 times, even calling my neck unprompted the second time to make sure they confirmed that I could pick up a package from the West end Depot. I drove from Leduc to get there only for them to tell me that can't give me the package and do nothing to try and solve my problem. The customer service department on the phone would deserve a much better rating since they did everything they could to help me but the warehouse itself is a joke.

Get medication delivered, first time, no problem, second time, one of my essential oil botties was opened, the lid and the metal foil and oil was all over the package, so someone obviously opened it. This last time I paid for overnight and it was on the truck at 8am,wife called at 5:30pm to find out where it was and at 5:40pm they updated our status to undeliverable. Wife called back and apparently the driver had a flat tire so another truck was to bring it out to us by 8pm, we didn't get it so they opened a case for us. Wife called back on Saterday and Purolator''s head office tried several times to reach them by phone with no luck so they opened another case with them and we're supposed to get back to us and no one did. Finally Monday at 11am we got it, no reasons or anything. So we paid for overnight and got screwed, lied to and they have no consequences. So we are calling the vendor today to tell them, it's ridiculous!

Thanks for putting the heavy parcel on my flowers!!!! Ruined the flowers and luckily it didn't get stolen! Disappointed!

With us being closes over the holidays we needed to change our payroll delivery to a home address. The payroll company put the wrong street address on the package an Purolator could not deliver on Thursday. The problem was that we have 2 employees that don't use direct deposit and we needed the package on Friday morning so they could get their cheques. The people on Purolator toll free and the West end depot really helped out. I went to the depot at 8am Friday and they were able to stop the package from going out on another delivery try. Our employees got their cheques and all is good. Don't get me wrong, we have had the odd issue with Purolator in the past but every business has some issues once in a while. That kinda makes us human. Thanks for the help and Happy New Year!🎉

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered that arrived in Edmonton with Purolator on Feb. 5...excuse after excuse on the tracking details. Apparently we have been having adverse weather every day since they received it!! I love and work here and every other company seems to be delivering promptly and I keep getting the run around from them. If I could I would rate it a zero star experience. Unbelievably incompetent and flat out deception from this company.
