If i could give this company less than one star i would.
We ordered a large shed from costco on April 1st 2018, got my first call from All Canadian on the 6th of April. Schedualed delivery for the soonest the could deliver which was Tuesday the 10th. They said the package would be delivered between 10am-3pm, I took the day off & got her(Karen Jacobs edm branch)to record our only restriction that we wouldnt be home after 2:15pm as a note on the computer. All is good & we are excited.
I took the day off Tuesday to wait for the delivery. Karen didnt call me until 2:00pm & at that time said they werent able to fit it on the truck that morning....i tried to be understanding & rebooked for the following Thursday (anytime before 2:15pm).
Thursday I took the day off, didnt get a call until 1:30pm & at that time was told they would be arriving beween 2-4pm to which i replied there is a note that says i cant be home after 2:15pm ...this driver was extremely rude & i ended the conversation in tears with a second day of missed work.
Called the carrier back & told them we were gone for on holidays a week leaving saturday & to reschedual delivery for the first Tuesday we were back(April 24) with same 2:15pm at the latest time restraint. Got a call on the 23rd confirming the delivery & time...took Tuesday off of work, got a call at 1:30pm saying running behind we will be there between 2-4pm. Different driver was much nicer although denied that there was anything on the sheets about the time restraint. Another day of off work for a no show. Called the courier back....left message with Karen. No returned call the next day. Next day called Karen again, no return. Called again and asked for management, L/M with Micheal. Again. Emailed the company. No returned messages all week. Called again the next Tuesday and left more messages at all three desks. No return. Called again Thursday and got Karen....she was shocked that we hadnt gotten our shed yet(how was she not notified!?) She appologised greatly and we rebooked for Thursday with same time restrictions & I got her to confirm the note was on the delivery papers, all good. Stayed home thursday to recieve delivery. called at 11:30 to make sure it was coming on time. no answer, L/M. Called at 12:30 no answer, L/M with micheal. Package didnt show up & i had to leave at 2:15pm. 3pm recieved a call that it didnt make it on the truck again!!
Called Karen back, no answer. Called manager. Branch not answering at all & all my calls went to Calgary or Toronto...they said they saw emails from both Karen & Micheal today so they said they would send an email on my behalf & tell them to call me. No calls. Got fed up, waited for them to call me. A week later no calls. Called Karen back the next thursday(May17th!) & got her first try. She again apologised & expressed thanks for understanding and cont. to explain that she was gone on tuesday and that her car was broken into this am etc...she said for all my trouble and patience she we send it on an alternate truck...tomorrow(Friday May 18th) & said absolutley forsure make sure it gets out to you. I told her my kids were off school so i wouldnt need to leave by 2:15 so anytime Friday would work as long as it would come. She assured me it would be there.
Friday i stayed home all day. No calls. Finally at 2pm i stared to panic....i called to confirm as i hadnt recieve the delivery call yet. No answer, got Calgary again but he put me through to karens voicemail, L/M. At 3pm called, calgary answered again, L/M with karen & manager micheal. At 3:45pm called again & got Calgary....told him the story & asked for a higher management said they had all gone home but to call costco. Called costco. While on the line at costco, costco asked to put us on hold so they could call the carrier for us & confirm. & they got through imeadiately! They were told it was coming & would arrive anytime before 7pm this time so I relaxed a bit.
7pm came & went & no shed.
No word from company.
Saturday May 22 canceled w/ Costco and purchased and picked up a shed from Lowes.
