Courier

Great professional service. Deliveries completed in a timely manner. I will continue using Kaylee and her team on future deliveries.

Lost language and not refund .... 2 words ... Never again.

I have used Mr Courier at our business a few times lately and I have nothing but great things to say! The lady who answers the phone always sounds so happy and the lady who comes to retrieve the items to be couriered is an absolute ray of sunshine! I feel terrible I don't know your names, but you girls rock!!

They let me use their microwave. And suggested Ninja noodle as a great place to get take out

Ridiculous company. Worse than Intelcom.

Today was the first time I dealt with ICS courier and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. Driver called to let me know he had an envelope to deliver at my home address. I explained to him that I was at work. Asked to deliver at my office address, he said he could not. Agreed for him to leave the envelope at my front door. He called me 15 minutes later and said road was closed (Ellerslie road) because of construction. It was not true, I used that road to go to work in the morning and I used the same one to return from work. Even if it was closed he should have used another route. He said I had to go and pick it up at their office. I had to go after work and pick it up. Receptionist was polite. The sender paid for a service that was never completed- such a ripoff. Very unprofessional! If I could I would give 0 stars.

Nice place, friendly people

I am so grateful for this courier service as they are the most polite courier service I have spoken to within the Edmonton area. They are incredibly personable and helpful. I was calling in not 100% knowing what I needed and they helped walk me through it and set me up an account. The fact that they have court running services and will even hot shot to Calgary are big bonuses to me using them at the company I am employed with. I should also mention how incredibly prompt they are! The court runners came much quicker than I expected and I have never waited past two rings when calling in.

Very unpleasant dispatcher, makes it seem like you calling them is some kind of hassle or annoyance. Couple this with weird drivers in unmarked cars who give no tracking info or receipt upon pickup and the occasional lost package and you've perfectly summed up this company.

Bus was scheduled to 8:30 from Banff to Calgary. It’s 10AM and it hasn’t arrived yet to pick us up. My friend had to take a 200$ cab not to lose her flight back to the US. DO NOT USE GREYHOUND! You better use a shuttle service, it will be more expensive, but they will get you on time and will give you good customer service. Trip number: GLC 5004
