worst of the bunch

every time, Purolator says no such address it goes not to the company but back to the warehouse this address is in the middle of the city for 70 years they take no phone calls, emails, nothing or directions giving the 3 alternative address in my building other companies FedEx, ups delivery 100 packages a day

Purolator have had my package for over a week, sitting in their depot in Port Kells. The tracking website says "Incorrect Address" The address is not incorrect - I know I have been living there for years. I have tried the customer care number - can't get through. I have tried the Live Chat and "talked" to a Purolator Customer service person 5 times. Each time, they tell me that they have updated it and it will be delivered tomorrow. 5 times it has been lies. Today, the Customer "Service" representative ended the chat in the middle of me typing - fantastic service - NOT. I had tried to arrange to call and collect my package and was told to check back on Monday - I am offering to do your job for you lady - collect my package!!!! I don't want to check back on Monday, I want my package TODAY. It's a birthday present and the birthday is TOMORROW. It should have been here over a week ago. This Purolator depot has always been very very poor, but now it is even worse.

Of all the times that I've had Purolator courier packages, I've only received delivery of the package maybe 25% of the time on first attempt, even while being home all day. Sometimes they will come and not bother ringing (I live in an apartment) and leave a notice on the front door (If you're lucky, sometimes they don't even do that). Other times the tracking will come up with a message saying that the address is incomplete or they don't have your buzzer code. Well I know my address thank you, and it was definitely not provided incorrectly. Again, I live in an apartment and there is a list of the residents with their buzzer number clearly posted outside the front door by the buzzer. Never had this issue before with other couriers delivering to me for the first time. Sometimes I have gotten a unable to deliver due to bad weather message, yet the sun is shining outside and there isn't a cloud in the sky. Their Depot is in Port Kells, so you have to drive out of your way to collect your packages, and they aren't open on the weekends. Very inconvenient. Overall, the most incompetent and least reliable courier I have ever had to deal with, and I have dealt with many couriers both smaller and larger than Purolator. The other comments here support this, so I know I am not an outlier. It's a shame that Amazon uses them so frequently.

The driver refused to deliver and lied by writing that he was missing the "unit number" so the delivery was failed, except I don't have a unit number, how hard is it to imagine that some houses are not apartments and simply have a house number? Because of this my package was returned to sender and had to be resent, I had no particular problems with the staff at the desk, except for how when I tried to file a complaint about the refusal of the driver to deliver my package, they gave me the costumer support number; I am informing you that an employee of the company is refusing to do their job, I am trying to save your company money, and face, by warning you about their serious shortcomings, so I am already doing you a big enough favor by informing you in voice, I will not waste extra time on the phone to do HR work for your company.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from a delivery company. Not only did I wait on hold twice for over an hour each time both times it has done no good. The first time they promised to have a tracking agent call me back that day, never happened. The next day the agent simply said I am not sure where your package is, she was unable to figure out where it was, isn't that why they call it tracking??? Then proceeds to tell me she does not know what time they work until. Really, you don't know what time your company works until and you are doing customer service. I WILL BE WRITING A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY THAT USED THEM TO SHIP MY ITEM CLEARLY LETTING THEM KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD SWITCH DELIVERY COMPANIES AS THIS IS NOT SERVING THEIR BUSINESS WELL!!!

I worked for purolator at this location. If you're getting package from amazon good luck. The manager is unqualified.
