Of all the times that I've had Purolator courier packages, I've only received delivery of the package maybe 25% of the time on first attempt, even while being home all day.
Sometimes they will come and not bother ringing (I live in an apartment) and leave a notice on the front door (If you're lucky, sometimes they don't even do that).
Other times the tracking will come up with a message saying that the address is incomplete or they don't have your buzzer code. Well I know my address thank you, and it was definitely not provided incorrectly.
Again, I live in an apartment and there is a list of the residents with their buzzer number clearly posted outside the front door by the buzzer. Never had this issue before with other couriers delivering to me for the first time.
Sometimes I have gotten a unable to deliver due to bad weather message, yet the sun is shining outside and there isn't a cloud in the sky.
Their Depot is in Port Kells, so you have to drive out of your way to collect your packages, and they aren't open on the weekends. Very inconvenient.
Overall, the most incompetent and least reliable courier I have ever had to deal with, and I have dealt with many couriers both smaller and larger than Purolator. The other comments here support this, so I know I am not an outlier.
It's a shame that Amazon uses them so frequently.
