Horrible service. Takes your money and then doesn't book your ticket. Their customer service tries to help, but ultimately, if they don't book your ticket when you pay, why would you use this service? Sundog Tours is a much better alternative, or Red Arrow if you're going to other places.

My issue with Coldshot is that I booked my ticket weeks in advance, but then according to Sundog, you never transferred my ticket to them for the first part of my trip, yet when I called your customer support I was told I missed the bus and was treated like an idiot. I'm not sure what kind of company you're running, but clearly there are some logistics issues in the backend due to my ticket not being booked correctly. I have asked for a full refund and was told I would receive a call back after your "concern department" looked it over, yet its been HOURS and I never received a call. What I don't get is, I pay you for a service, you do not provide this service, and then I have to jump throughs hoops to get a refund? Why?
