I had to drive 17kms to the lakeshore outlet to pickup my package and now they are late with the second package by 5 days. No worries.

Third time getting a parcel from canpar and each time I was at home and yet was given a delivery notice and had to get out to etobicoke to get my parcel. These guys are brutal.

Somehow Purolator always seems to cause hassles. After being told on the phone that I would be able to pick up my package at this location 3 separate times on 3 different days, when I actually showed up, I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for their shuttle from the warehouse. This is AFTER their driver failed to leave a delivery notice for me, and AFTER said driver left my package in his truck for 3 days. The only reason this isn't 1 star, is because the lady at the counter was very patient, and was able to retrieve my package in 30 minutes after some insurance. Going forward, I will be doing everything I can to avoid dealing with Purolator ever again.

I had the worst experience with this branch. They kept my parcels for 2 days in the shop and delivered to driver after 2 days so I lost my time with the embassy. I will open a file in the court this week.

So fast and easy but the best part was very knowledgeable staff. They made a recommendation that saved me over $100. Thanks team!!!
