cheap courier reasonable service. Have used them for 8 or so years and will continue to do so. Easy on order system so Cant understand why people have dispatch issues. If your in such a rush on a friday it has to get down there in a couple hours, we have learned this is not possible with any company, just drive it yourself.

We have been using PX Courier for the last several years. We use a variety of services, and they have been quite easy to work with. Professional. Great communication. Happy with their services.

Very rude dispatch. Our first experience with dispatch we chalked up to a bad day but since then, the tone has been consistently rude bordering condescending. What's worse? He's the only guy to talk to when you have an issue. Not even sure he even realizes how rude he sounds. They should really assign a friendlier dispatch representative. The deliveries were timely however and pick up was always super early which is our reason for 2 stars instead of one. In the meantime however, we will be looking for another courier for our business to use because good customer service is important to us.

Very very very bad service from the dispatch. Late pick-ups and deliveries all the time. We thought we could use them for inexpensive shipping when the client was not in a rush but even then the dispatch is incredibly rude and they charge you for deliveries never made, I even had to have them blocked from my credit card. Seriously, I don't understand why they don't change their service offerings and get someone in the office who can speak to clients in an acceptable manner. As a small business owner myself, I'm very empathic, easy going and supportive of other small businesses, a company run this badly just didn't seem possible to me, but there they are. I feel so bad for the drivers knowing they need these jobs, I would never give a 0 star review without careful consideration for those people relying on those jobs, but this company is really that bad.

Service is horrible! we have requested an overnight pick up on Thursday and we didn't receive it till Monday late in the day. This was very important to receive before the weekend, and they just couldn't get it done. No one picks up the phone ever, when we call and we have to leave a message! And emails are not returned right away either. Really feels like they just don't care- It is unfortunate. We will be looking for a new courier company asap!
