If I could do zero stars I would, had a hot rush we paid a fortune to ship to Victoria, they mistakenly shipped it to Nanaimo, then told us it was our problem to get it to Victoria on time, not theirs. Needless to say our Customers were not happy with us.

I used ace courier 5 times. 4 out of the 5 they arrived with damaged good. I tried to reason with then but they will not fix the issue. Do not use ace courier service. If your goods arrive damaged they will do nothing to fix the problem. Find another courier

ACE damaged many of our shipments and admit that they did. They are not willing to do anything to compensate for damaged parts. USE NUMBER 8 FREIGHT!!!
