Courier

I had never used this service before and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their promptness. My package was picked up and delivered well within the time frame and the price couldn't be beat. Shared my experience with my colleagues and they requested their information for future services for themselves. I would absolutely recommend and use their services again.

They are very professional, always on time, easy to work with. We are using them for 12 years now.

Unfortunatly I had to give this location 1 star. The information on their website/google is very misleading. I wanted to drop off a package for DHL pickup however they don't do drop-offs, the staff wasn't very helpful specifically an older woman there. Not only that, but their hours are wrong online. Luckily I made it within 10mins of closing just to be disappointed.

Scam employer, no pay for first month, won't tell you how much you make and won't pay for gas. Pay is roughly $500-600 for two weeks, not even enough to cover the cost of fuel.

Somehow Purolator always seems to cause hassles. After being told on the phone that I would be able to pick up my package at this location 3 separate times on 3 different days, when I actually showed up, I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for their shuttle from the warehouse. This is AFTER their driver failed to leave a delivery notice for me, and AFTER said driver left my package in his truck for 3 days. The only reason this isn't 1 star, is because the lady at the counter was very patient, and was able to retrieve my package in 30 minutes after some insurance. Going forward, I will be doing everything I can to avoid dealing with Purolator ever again.

My workplace for 20 yes now.

I ordered a $700 item from amazon and they used purolator to deliver the package. I checked the tracking a week later and it said that the package was "delivered". I checked all around and the package was not there. I phoned purolator and there was no response after waiting 40 minutes on hold. I phoned the next day and they said they would deliver it that day. It never arrived and when I went to the depot they first said they didn't have it and then someone found it but it was in terrible condition as seen in the photos. 0 stars

They don't unload you on time it take whole day to unload for 6 ATV's.

Wonderful staff! Inviting and very helpful! Thank you for your assistance!

This stop is not 24hrs so while the bus does stop here after hours, there is not a place to wait.

Driver couldn't deliver my item due to road construction, even knowing that they try a second time then contac me to let me know about the situation, picking up at the depot was easy and quick.
