Staff were quite rude when I called for a pickup. I was forwarded to them from the 1-800 number, but they felt it terribly important to scold me for "calling the wrong line". Save yourself the unpleasant conversation and just drop the parcel off at the location. Other than that it's average service.

I shipped a package with them, the process was fast and easy and the package arrived ontime and undamaged.

Closed on weekends in an oilfield town, with no mention of it when package notifications arrive. No voicemail or after hours support. Won't be using greyhound again.

This stop is not 24hrs so while the bus does stop here after hours, there is not a place to wait.
