The UPS Store

No word of a lie, I was sending a package overnight that was very important and the girl at the counter was playing a game on her cell phone with her left hand while inputting the information on the computer with her right hand.... Unbelievable. So maybe my package will get there, maybe not....who knows?! Either way, God forbid she should stop and actually have to do her job, hopefully I didn't interrupt her game too much....

The must visit UPS store in Edmonton. Staff is really helpful and Daisy, She is not just a great Store manager but also a very humble and helpful person as well as an amazing employer. I have seen her treating amazingly with customers & her employee. She will help you shipping with least pricing and with as earliest possible delivery. Store is very Neat and nicely organized And the best thing she does lucky draw winner for the people who ship from her store time to time. So I will highly recommend This UPS store at ellerslie for shipping, printing, mailbox services and much more. Go and experience the great customer service there 😀👍

Two weeks ago I visited UPS in Ellerslie to drop off a prepaid package. When I walked in, a lady called out to me from her seat at a desk in the back. She was eating crackers and dip or something of this sort, while asking me what I needed. I was a little caught off guard that I wasn't greeted at the counter and that she continued to eat while speaking to me. She instructed me to leave my package on the scale and to take a picture of it, still not budging from her seat. The entire experience was very unprofessional. It has been awhile since I have experienced customer service this poor and will not return to this location.

My experiences at this UPS store has always been amazing which is why I love going there. Daisy always greets me with a smile and she makes you feel less stressed when you're there. I have to say reading some of the negative reviews on here, is shocking. This is not the store I've been visiting for years. I'm extremely happy with the customer service, especially the mail service. I was in a serious time crunch to get legal documents sent and it was flawlessly mailed out thanks to Daisy. I will be a customer forever as long as she's there.
