Said my package couldn't be delivered due to weather or natural disaster....it was a clear sunny day. More likely the driver just didn't want to deliver it! What a huge waste of time and money. Customer service was horrible and would not problem solve or even give me a reason why the delivery didn't happen but admitted it couldn't be due to weather.

Possibly the worst experience I ever had with a courier service. Couldn't deliver the package due to closed road access. I totally get that construction is an inconvenience but I gave them my number and told them that the backstreet is accessible and for every other courier service that worked with no issues at all for the last month. Twice they assured me they would tell the driver to use the backstreet, twice they failed to deliver and no one used my number to contact me. So either you just lied to me or your drivers are the kind of people I wouldn't want to have in my business. Like I said I totally get it, construction is annoying but at least make an effort as did I.

I wouldn't recommend using this courier to send anything overseas. I paid for a 3 days express service and the recipient didn't get the package until 3 weeks after. I kept seeing "delivered" on the tracking info. I called several times and no one had the proper information about what was going on. Worse customer service, long waiting time on calls. I was put on to a manager and he was unwilling to do anything further. Thanks alot for wasting my time and money. Definitely not using your service anymore!!

Driver couldn't deliver my item due to road construction, even knowing that they try a second time then contac me to let me know about the situation, picking up at the depot was easy and quick.

LAZY INCOMPETENT LIARS. Said their driver couldn’t buzz to my apartment because my apartment buzzer was “disconnected.” Furthermore, they didn’t leave the missed package slip. Hence they are lying. They get paid to make deliveries but make people pick up for themselves. Either the drivers are cheaters or the management is so incompetent they let those cheater get away with this practise. Don’t worry, karma is a b*tch!
