I have had a mail box at this location for 5+ years and I greatly appreciate the service

I had a rather unpleasant interaction with a staff member when I went in to return an item I had purchased online. The shipping fee was several times more than I had originally paid for the item, so I asked the staff member for a moment so that I could check in my return documents from the company to see whether there were any special instructions or reimbursement for shipping. Instead of giving me a moment to check my documents, the person at the counter became defensive and insisted that this was a business- they couldn’t ship for less (which was not what I was asking for). It was weird and I left.

Very nice manager Chris with great service

This is an awesome store. I tried them for the printing services they offer. Fair Pricing and Great Quality. The store owner Chris is a very nice man that takes care to ensure high customer service.
