Chris at A&B has remarkable customer service skills. I had an issue with a very important package that was being delivered from hours away from me, and he was very response and made sure it was delivered safely. I have been using A&B for business purposes for years and will continue using them due to their amazing customer service, you can chat with a “real person” at any time which makes the process seamless and worry free. Thank you so much Chris!

Their truck driver unit number 5049 on 8 may 2025 around 12:45 parked in front of dock for half an hour without any reason and make me wait for 30 minutes while he was on video call with some one after half he just leave without off loading anything.

Witnessed an issue with driver on road and made a review. Owner responded in a positive fashion and will address the issue. For that I will change the review to a higher star rating. Thank you for taking the time to reply in a positive manor.
