If i could give them a minus star i would. Greyhound is has the most B***S*** customer service i have ever experienced of my entire life. They keep sending you in the wrong direction to avoid dealing with the fact that they are abseloutely enable to track luggage.
Train travel is not much more expensive and you wouldnt have to deal with greyhound. They dont have any pride in their own company.

Bought a ticket online for the 1 am bus and waited for almost 2 hours outside in January minus 20 degree weather , as it’s closed at night.
The gps that tracks the bus was not on, so I gave up and had to call a cab to take me to Fort Mcmurray (almost 500km away)
When I got to Grassland the Bus had the gps turned on, and was on the way, so I waited for it in Grassland to go the rest of the way.
The positive - The driver was safe, even though the roads were bad

Staff were friendly and super helpful but they dont offer printing as a service and the location isnt obvious. They used just a small cardboard sign thru the window

Waiting on 2400$ worth of furniture... wait around all day and take time off work to be told at 3pm that they misplaced all our paper work and my shipment didn't even make it on the truck.
