Can I give a zero? Excuses why my parcels haven’t been on time -no loading dock for a 1lb parcel -blizzard on the Friday of a long weekend... FYI... no blizzard happened or was happening - they need to buy some new vehicles because they have a lot of mechanical issues on a regular basis... If you don’t want your parcels to arrive on them and you are aiming for 2 or 3 days late... send your parcels through them. Making Canada Post and everyone else look good.

Outstanding Customer Service! I was hesitant to come in with previous reviews but ignore those. Honestly, the moment i walked in I had Heather's undivided attention and she was great to outline my shipping options. Made everything as smooth as possible and was just very pleasant to talk with. High recommend using Purolator. The last BC package that arrived was delivered on time and in great condition. (LED 55" TV) . Ask for Heather!

I need to pick up the package because delivery can be as late as 19:00!!! I know the staff is not "trained" to deal with customers in which I have read in some responses but good christ!!! Put a damn local number up. I don't want to talk to a damn call center!!! ALL I WANT IS THEM TO HOLD THE PACKAGE SO I CAN PICK IT UP IN AN EMERGENCY!!! I HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO TELL THEN JUST TO FIND OUT ITS ON THE TRUCK....WHICH MEANS ITS ALL DAY UNLESS I CAN MEET WITH A DRIVER SOMEWHERE

What a great crew! Kind, helpful and clearly hustling hard to make sure that everyone was being taken care of.

Terrible at delivery. Had package out for delivery 2 days in a row. Both times it didn't make it due to whether ( bright sunny days at plus 2-5 degrees and no snow). Absolutely pathetic. Faster for me to go to the business and pick it up.....from Calgary And as for calling the red deer location, there is no direct phone number. You end up going through a call centre which makes getting a hold of them difficult. When I finally did get a hold of the red deer location, they were far from helpful...... highly recommend using any other courier!!!! Worst service!! Will pay more not to use purolator!!!!
