If i could give them a minus star i would. Greyhound is has the most B***S*** customer service i have ever experienced of my entire life. They keep sending you in the wrong direction to avoid dealing with the fact that they are abseloutely enable to track luggage. Train travel is not much more expensive and you wouldnt have to deal with greyhound. They dont have any pride in their own company.

Never open Have tried to drop packages here twice Both times arrived between 4:45 and 4:50 Apparently closed at 5 means they go home early. Be here before 430 or you are SOL

Had a package delievered to this place, I called 3 times to try and get it transfered to a different station due to their hours and my schedule, they never transfered it and never told me why they didnt transfer it, and whenever you call they never pick up and goes to a very long voicemail. None the less the person I picked the package up from was pretty nice. Not using greyhound now.

Went to pick up a parcel and they closed early due to 'staff shortage'. It's Alberta in 2017 where people are begging for any kind of job. I don't buy this 'staff shortage'.

It's an a bizarre location.staff are idiots.greyhound didn't just drop the ball here...they didnt bring one! Boycott this place...it a disgrace to a company that I used to enjoy it's services...your better off hitch-hikeying than letting a half wit company like this take your money for ill kept buses,ignorant overpayed useless staffers who care not for your travel concerns.overall I'd rather join the fight again Isis than use these services ever again.take red arrow.or a Taxi if you can afford to.disgusting greyhound!!
