ICS Courier

Very friendly staff and great courier service

Today was the first time I dealt with ICS courier and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. Driver called to let me know he had an envelope to deliver at my home address. I explained to him that I was at work. Asked to deliver at my office address, he said he could not. Agreed for him to leave the envelope at my front door. He called me 15 minutes later and said road was closed (Ellerslie road) because of construction. It was not true, I used that road to go to work in the morning and I used the same one to return from work. Even if it was closed he should have used another route. He said I had to go and pick it up at their office. I had to go after work and pick it up. Receptionist was polite. The sender paid for a service that was never completed- such a ripoff. Very unprofessional! If I could I would give 0 stars.
