ACE Courier Services

I've been using Ace Courier for numerous shipments in BC and Alberta for about 4 years now and have had a great working relationship with them. I was recently very impressed with Jim Herbert at the Edmonton branch. He was so helpful with getting a piece of millwork to a client in a timely manner and really went out of his way for me. Thanks Jim :)

I am completely disgusted with them and will never use them again. I had called to see if they have debit and they told me that they do not have debit so i showed up with cash to pay and low and behold they don't have a float and cannot give any change. I don't know of any company that now a days does not have a debit machine or a float for cash sales. Needless to say I had not choice but to overpay as they would not round down the $2.50. One useless courier company!!!!!

Nice place, friendly people

Used Ace Courier to deliver a carbon fibre hood form Edmonton to Vancouver. Hood arrived severely damaged due to mishandling by Ace employees. Although package only weighed 30 lbs they chose to slide it along the ground damaging the corners. Package also showed evidence of being exposed to rain/snow. Ace refused to accept any responsibility for their incompetence other than refunding my shipping costs (damage was in excess of $800). I opened a BBB file against them but Ace would not respond to their requests for communication. If you have anything of value to ship I would strongly advise you to find a more professional courier service, this company does not respect it's clients.
