Dynamex - Edmonton

THE FIVE STAR SERVICE IS SPECIFICALLY FOR MY DELIVERY DRIVER. She is awesome and timely with her deliveries. I have had two shipments from Dynamex, both delivered by this awesome and lady! I think that Dynamex/TForce SHOULD have something on their auto phone message AND website that states something like: "the office is closed, but we do have Saturday deliveries going out! Please feel free to track your package on our website." I dealt with Dynamex in a professional capacity a number of years ago and they were nothing special. When I went to track my parcel this morning and saw "CLOSED" on the "Hours of Operation", I was thinking, "oh yeah, typical Dynamex!"

I live in an apartment, actually getting deliveries from other companies can be difficult at times THIS WAS EASY AS PIE! I didn't have to go down to the closest drop off location simple text and go wait outside. I live in a building without a buzzer so whenever this company delivers I'm super thrilled!

No stars for this company, said package never received. Who leaves a package at the front door of an apartment building? My apt. number was never buzzed because it rings to my phone. I requested that Amazon not use them to deliver my packages ever again. Probably a shady driver or a dum dum or both. I'm sure Dynamex /T Force cannot afford to lose Amazon customer's.

I have dealt with this place numerous times, because I order from Amazon.ca and they use this company for deliveries. They are not reliable. I was expecting a delivery today, and apparently they came (no way for me to prove that from my end), but because they only had my phone number instead of my buzzer number, they didn't bother to call me. I was home all day, waiting for nothing. This happens frequently. When I called the retailer who was sending my shipment, they investigated and were told by Dynamex that the driver did try to call. That is total BS. I have caller ID on my cell phone, and if they called there would be a record. No call registered on my phone. So they either dialled wrong, or.............just didn't bother. I really hate that I have to wait around, not knowing when I will get my package.

Said package was delivered and it wasn't. Have video footage that backs up this claim. Told Amazon and and them mark on my account Dynamex/TForce is never to be used for shipping to me again. If I could rate lower I would, to anyone who see this and it's an Amazon delivery make sure to let Amazon know to mark on your account not to use this joke of a delivery company.
