Leaving a review based on my one experience with this company.
I tracked a package and the info stated it had been delivered the day before, but I did not have it. I called the 888 number to get a search started. The rep was apologetic and polite. He put me on hold and called the driver who made the delivery. He connected the driver and I, at which time the driver said he was absolutely positive that he dropped it off to my unit. He suddenly realized that he may have actually delivered it to the wrong unit (I live in a townhouse complex), and when I went over, it was indeed delivered to the wrong unit and I was able to retrieve it.
Normally this might warrant a poor review, except for the fact that the driver made a visit to my unit personally a few days later to make sure that I had received my package. He was extremely apologetic and pleasant, and was genuinely concerned that I may have lost out on a $200 delivery. People make mistakes, and delivery drivers are especially busy over the holidays. The customer service I received was exemplary. Thank you Rod for your diligence to my situation!
