I entered the store and was treated with a very high level of respect. Store was very busy, I was greeted right away . Store worker was very efficient and was able to help everyone in a timely fashion, while still keeping a smile on his face during the high volume season of the Christmas holidays. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Look forward to my next visit to the store for the positive vibes and great customer service.

Had the worst customer service experience here. The guy working had the couldn’t-care-less attitude, we asked why the UPS driver won’t bother to ring the door bell as I live in the basement and was waiting for the package all day, he plainly said he’s not the driver with a cocky attitude. We had to wait for quite a while for him to get out as if he’s doing more important stuff at the back.

I've used this place when printing some client materials in a rush. They always come through. Easy to get along with the staff, they are prompt and straight-forward. 10/10 would recommend!

I've had a mailbox at this location for several months and i'm blown away by how great they've been to me. After a long and bumpy road to preparing a presentation and a broken printer, the staff here kept the store open after hours to complete a print job for me - that's real customer service.
