I have been using The Messengers International for more than 5 years and am always impressed by how friendly their staff is and how well dressed their drivers are. I run a professional organization and having a driver show up in a tie to my clients not only looks professional, but makes my company look professional as well. Not to mention, they offer free deliveries for new clients to try out their services (wish I was a new client lol).. In an era where service is lacking, The Messengers shine above their competition. Packages don't get damaged as they hand process them, no conveyor belts. Really helpful in getting our finished product to our clients hands in pristine condition. Keep up the great work!

Never before have I had such sub par service from a delivery company. No online status update (beyond delivered or not), no capacity to adjust order updates as required and zero help/correct info from customer service on status. In 2018 this kind of delivery service is as useful as a rotary phone.

Usually have a very smooth service with them. However, I am giving them 4/5 because today I had to talk to Kevin first who is very rude and unprofessional. He transfer my call without even telling me (while I was talking)! The lady I talked to after was the complete opposite.

Pretty bad experience, promised package would be picked up next day and delivered following day and still no pick up and still no package. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
