NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR !! Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Guy behind the counter yelled at me for showing him the box # my boss wrote to me via text instead of reading it to him and was VERY aggressive!! I felt extremely uncomfortable and could not believe the lack of â€œcustomer serviceâ€ this company provides. My business will continue to go to MY DETROIT MAILBOX which is around the corner where they treat their customers with RESPECT! I will be passing this message along to everyone I know who delivers their packages to Detroit - as most of them go to my Detroit mailbox anyway for good reason! I never write reviews but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment and want to warn other customers to not experience the same thing.

Everyone associated with MyDetroitAddress is excellent! They are always so polite, smiles greet you when you walk in the door and if you tip them they are very appreciative. I love having this option for having my packages delivered to Michigan and not have to pay the extremely high shipping costs for having merchandise shipped to Canada. I am extremely pleased with this company and even more pleased with the men and women who work there. I highly recommend them to anyone who lives in Canada and who wished they had a U.S.A. address.

Poor service, 2 people working at the very busiest time of year. During my hour wait , witnessed 4 people get told they canâ€™t find there package. Also learned that they lost the actual phone to the Canadian phone line so that has not been monitored for a week or so. A bit of clean up and fresh paint on a wall or two, would actually say to the public that they actually care. I feel sorry for the woman on the front line dealing with the â€œ missing managementâ€ . As her shirt said â€œShe is a blessingâ€. Too bad no one cared enough to support her.

I decided to try this business out as a slightly cheaper alternative to another similar business. That's about the only thing it has going for it. When we went, there was a man smoking weed inside the business, not sure if he was an employee or just hanging out with the employee. Either way, when we walked in he went into the back to continue smoking around customers' packages. I guess that's marginally less awful than smoking it around the young child who was also there. They have no means of accepting credit or debit payments and they don't even seem to have a cash drawer to make change. The employee had to go fish an envelope of change from somewhere to break a $20. The lobby is dingy and dirty looking and there were broken down packages discarded in the customer area and left there. It's a good service and they have a decent base in place, but they need a lot of work on aesthetics and professionalism. I think for the extra dollar I'll go back to the other place.
