Good luck trying to find out if your package is at greyhound. no one answers the phone. they tell you they will get back to you in 24hrs. what a joke for a company that is supposed to be open for business. i think they just have a phone # to piss people off. why even leave a # if you are never going to get an answer back from them. useless company.

Can't go less than 1 STAR basically my rating is -100. Will drop a package for delivery from Edmonton to Calgary on Friday and tlod by the guy at counter package will be there by night n can be pick it up on next day morning it's been 3rd day won't get it yet now so don't believe in Grayhound any more. The package was so important because it was a gift for someone's so special but Grayhound won't care for the coustmer. I am so disappointed never going back to Grayhound. Coustmer service WAS so unhelpful
