Gcx Staff is unprofessional and quite rude. They tried to tell me that it changes couriers from Calgary to Ottawa after Winnipeg (greyhound runs all the way out to Montréal then changes to Orleans express). After realizing I knew that didn't make sense she tried to push me off the phone...
