A huge Thank you going out to Richard for finding my daughter's bag that had been missing,Richard went out of his way to find my daughter's bag and make sure it gets to her! Safely!! It's nice to know there's great ppl out there like him that care!! Great job!!!!

I left a Nintendo Switch on my bus back home to Edmonton. The 3 Greyhound employees I talked with went above and beyond to hunt it down for me. Each showed genuine concern on locating the Switch. Going through buses, checking with other staff, and calling other bus Depos. They were prompt with calling me back and keeping me updated. I was very impressed and did get my Switch back (also a thank you to the kind person who turned it in) I've always had a good experience at this depo so it's a 5 star from me.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, called their help line 8 times only to be hung up on every time. A sorry excuse for a corporation.

I have called this business a number of times not only does no one answer but ca nnot get a call back either and when i went there on a saturday during business hours the doors were not open very unconvenient
