Great UPS store, easily the best in Edmonton and I’ve used all of them. Chad (owner) always takes the time to make conversation and is upbeat and helpful. I’m not sure if people who have bad reviews catch someone on an off day or what but my experiences are always great. To the people who’ve just complained it was closed Saturday, when I went by and also found it closed, there was a sign on the door because the power was out to the building.. not sure where the confusion is.

This is by far the best UPS store in the city! I have been going here for over 4 years to send packages to family in Ontario- about once every 3 weeks. The staff always greets me by name and almost always has my shipping label ready before I reach the front counter. At Christmas they went above and beyond to contact the UPS depot in Hamilton Ontario to find out why an extremely important package of mine was delayed. They were even able to get UPS in Hamilton to send a truck out with just my envelope, so it did not get delayed another day. I know I will get great service from Keri, Rick or Chad whenever I go in!
