doesnt pickup the phone when you call, called number times no answer. i had bad service with fedex before and this is last time i will ever deal with them. i have many packages that have been damaged so bad i had to return them, packages left out in rain and snow because their drivers drop them on the front step and run, and i actually mean then run they ring door bell fast and run off, sometimes i hear it sometimes i dont, some of them make a light door knock which also isnt heard some dont do either. i have called about this problem before but no oe seems to care, i even had the proof on video severance. i have even ran out to catch the driver when he just drop a package and ran off and asked him why he didnt ring the door bill or something and his answer was i dont have sign for it. this isnt the point considering id still like to to know the package is setting in out there even if the weather is good, so it doesnt get stolen but its even worse when left out in bad weather conditions. i even seen one person toss a package on my nabiour front step was to lazy to walk up to the door. but today is something different, they had made two attempts to drop off a package which i missed, so i called yesterday and told them i will cancel my appoints tomorrow and stay home to wait for it, around 2pm i desided to call and see how much longer they might be, i was then told that its being held at the location and i would have to pick it up, because thats what i requested which i did not, now after wasting a day i now have to go pick it up, because of there company mistake i have to pay the price which is very not good business.
