Pak Mail

Great experience here with everyone. Busy location with lots of couriers in and out but seems to function like a well oiled machine. Came in with a shipment and immediately got help and suggestions to make sure everything worked out and got shipped in time. Only problem is with fees but that has nothing to do with these guys! I would definitely recommend coming here and will for sure be returning if I need to ship anything else outside of postal mail.

This Pak Mail location is the best around! Every time I go there I am treated with the best customer service team ever, a lot of companies can learn a thing or two from the way how they treat their customers, THEY ACTUALLY CARE! I recommend them to any and everyone looking for any shipping needs, they are very precise and give you all information needed to make sure your package gets there safely and cost efficiently. Do not use this location as a place to ship your packages! I had a very poor experience and poor communication. I was informed that the package that was going to be delivered to a BUSINESS CLIENT was going to arrive the following day. The lady that was helping me told me and assured me that it was going to arrive on the date I specifically requested and it didn’t! You should not work there if you can’t even communicate the right information to your customers. Not only was it misleading but I had to call my client and had to apologize and explain the situation because they needed what was inside the package for their event this evening and they didn’t receive it. Once again! THANK YOU for your poor customer service. I recommend you need to find a different job.

The staff is awesome here, really easy to ship multiple packages with while also choosing from a complete list of shipping companies. Good selection of packing supplies as well
