Had a great experience with this company. Ordering process was easy and fast. When they experienced a problem at pickup - the contact person that I had provided was not available - the dispatcher notified me promptly and allowed me the opportunity to sort out the issue. When the contact person couldn't be found right away they charged me a minimal supplementary charge in order to have their delivery person wait around for the problem to be solved. After pickup they had the package delivered to the drop-off ahead of their promised delivery time. All in all a very good experience and I will be using them again
