The driver failed to be able to use the intercom system, did not leave a note to say they had been, luckily I got an email saying my item had been delivered. I had to call the vendor to find out where it had been delivered to, and they told me it was to this office location. Purolator do not attempt to redeliver, so I went to pick up my package on the following day and was not even told by the person at the desk that the exact same address had another delivery waiting to be picked up. This second package is food that needs to be kept cold and delivered within 48 hours, this is an order that has been sat there for 2 days already now, the office is now closed for the weekend so there goes our food order. I am so surprised that vendors are using Purolator to deliver their goods with all of the negative reviews.
