Its a general review about FedEx... not this particular location. They are big time liers. They will say yes to damn any item which will be on hold for forever by customs. All I see is FRAUD. My shipment is still on hold, and its all FedEx stupidity. It really really hurts. All they know is to play with the emotions of people. They dont understand some shipments may hold great emotional value. I feel so depressed choosing them.

This is there worst FedEx service offered. These guys are really incompetent. They make you fill out the wrong order without matter of the importance of the package that you are shipping. Then you have to solve by yourself because they tell you that is not their problem.

Everybody on their service loves to lie just so you will hang up. They do not believe in customer satisfaction. They do not keep their word. Their traching page is fake. My package was supposed to arrive at 12pm driver came at 10:30am didn’t say anything and since I don’t have a buzzer he left. But most of all they do not communicate with each other, I had to repeat the same questions to 3 different people and they all told me different things. They don’t know their job. Nor can they deliver properly. Ps: if u don’t have a buzzer DO NOT USE FEDEX, they won’t do anything beside leave when they come to your door. No phone call. No email. No nothing. Not even tracking it will help. He’s on his own schedule and u cant match it no matter how many times you call them.

Good service but...too expensive. 175$ for a 1 pound parcel.

Absolute worst delivery service. DO NOT USE THEM. Not only is their online system difficult to use, their call center is full of people who do not care to help you with your shipment/ pickup issues. When scheduling a pickup I almost always have to schedule it an hour early because they either come right at the very last time, or later. Very annoying and will be switching to UPS with my business shipment needs.
