This place is absolutely horrible to work for they want you running around all day to make 40% commission off there truck or van you do not know what your getting paid for per delivery they like to hold 4 weeks of pay back for new employees as well they have absolutely no work culture to them there’s no incentives they want to watch you on GPS all day to catch you speeding and you have to watch out for dispatch lady she is a big scam trying. To keep you going to make them money beware do not waste your valuable time with this company trust me I would have given them No stars if I could have

Watched a driver shout, curse, flail like in idiot out of his drivers side front window today at Cross iron at another person on a bike (i was behind the bike nothing happened to provoke) Class act.

*Update - Southern agreed to reduce the price of the letter that was sent, and they were very friendly and accommodating in doing so.* The office I work with was charged over $750.00 to send a three page letter to Edmonton from Calgary without notifying us of the price first. That is not a typo. I hope they delivered it with a side of caviar and a gold brick for that price. Do yourself a favour and choose someone else.
