Purolator

Some staff were great but some were also cranky. The impression given was they have a hard time organizing and finding packages in the back room

Quick service, friendly staff that try and be helpful

I wish I could give no stars... Terrible company , I missed a delivery because I work full time , the package was supposed to be held at the facility for 5 business days, however they returned the package after 4. Can't wait until Amazon never ships anything with this company again. I will complain to amazing as well to hopefully cut ties with Purolator.

We have used Purolator for our business shipments for 10 years. They have never lost a package or failed to deliver one.We ship scooter batteries and other accessories to small towns and other remote areas of Alberta Sask, and Manitoba, lots or towns or lake cottages I've never heard of. No one answers the phone it rings and rings and drops out. My customer waited 2 and a half hours of an unmanned building to wait for a delivery (she would have to have let him in and you would think a guy with 8 large boxes would be pretty visible!!!)but apparently he was there and went to the 8th floor and rang the bell (her apartment buddy was actually there) but had put it down as not able to deliver!!!!! Also expressly noted on the shipment that their own agents put" get in touch" with her but no one did not sure how that would even work as apparently the drivers dont carry cell phones (so pretty hard to get in touch with someone). So there are approx 8 building at this address and although we wrote the building name that wasnt apparently enough for the driver to work it out........
