Purolator

When I placed my order I was told I would get my shipment in 1-3 business days and the shipper sent out my items immediately. Now I have waited 4 business days and am going to have to wait a weekend too! I did the online chat and all of my suggestions were shot down. My item is in the sorting facility so I asked if I could pick up my item from a Purolator pick up place on the upcoming Saturday. Their response was no you have to wait until Monday. When I told them that nobody was going to be home Monday & requested a delivery time. Their response was our delivery time is from 8am - 6pm. Then last but not least I asked if I could have my package delivered to my work because the pick up location is really far from my house. Of course i got another no, address change has to be authorized by the shipper!! Worst service ever! I ordered items through Canada Post on the exact same day and I got it yesterday! Poor customer service, will NOT use purolator again. I will pay extra to have better service!!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. Was sent here to pick up a parcel, 3 days after the notice was dropped off “it hadn’t been delivered here yet”. When I emailed Purolator I received a number of different people responding to my concerns that the parcel was lost. No one could get anything straight. Apparently there was no information with my address, but my parcel had been sitting in the back room the entire time and has now been returned to sender due to the incompetent employees, and the people who wasted my time telling me my tracking number didn’t exist. I was also told the manager of Purolator Calgary would reach out to me, and have yet to hear from them. Hope I never have anything delivered through Purolator again.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping. A week later and purolator failed to get my package on the truck TWICE! Now they are saying I have to wail until monday, which wouldn't be an issue if the parcel didn't contain components needed for an event this weekend.

Terrible service, very rude staff specially Angela that yelling on customer if they are not happy with her service. I will do my best not using their services again!

I wasn't home when Purolator dropped off my package so they left a door knocker with the address as to where I could pick it up. The address was at the pick up location by the airport which is about a half hour drive from where I live. I get there and they don't have my package because it is at a totally different pick up location. Not the one stated on the door knocker. So now I have another 30 min drive back to another pick up location.The employee says it's not my problem but the driver who dropped off your package made the mistake. I would only use this courier as a last resort if no other options are available.
