Extraordinary service and customer care - very impressive! The owners carefully packaged a large painting for us, so that it arrived in perfect condition at our home across the country. They were very professional, courteous and supportive at every step of this process - as they made the almost-impossible happen!

I found the owner and other attendant to be very kind, helpful and respectful. They went out of their way to help us with our packaging and finding the best and most economical option. They went to the trouble of finding a smaller box than the one I came in with that still fit all my items in it, but it saved me a lot of money in shipping costs. They even packaged it up for me - all this at no extra cost!

Every interaction with Akshay or Bindu have been more than pleasant and helpful! We've rented a mailbox for our company and they've gone above and beyond by accepting some of our smaller packages and even held them overnight a couple of times while we were out of the country on vacation. We are now in the process of getting cheques made from them and are looking into some signage down the road as these are also some other great services they offer.
