New agent/teller pretty slow and doesn’t know how to email receipts so she called the Operational Manager named Joan Cuarteros Vancouver based, Operational Manager advised the new teller not to email receipts and had me to speak to her and told me to take a picture of my receipt only because they don’t email receipts so I replied I’ve been receiving emails of my receipts every month I sent money and Joan replied no we don’t email receipts and I talk to them not to, so I told Joan why is she changing the rules in one day that it is convenient for the clients to have receipts in the emails because hard copies receipts could easily be misplaced and Joan added that if she will lose me as client then she won’t email the receipts, what an operational manager doesn’t know how to speak to client professionally, how did she become an operational manager for she doesn’t know what her agents been doing to please the clients and can’t even speak to clients with respect and courteous manner not professional at all. I’ve been with Manila Express since 2006 for my Boxes and remittance now I think it’s time to look for another remittance.

Staff made mistake in entering payment details for PAGIBIG housing loan- instead of monthly amortization, it went to Excess to Principal. We were instructed to coordinate to PAGIBIG because according to Calgary Staff Manila Express it depends on how PAGIBIG treated our payment???. My sister-in-law went to PAGIBIG to fix the error they made. We spent extra money out from our own pocket to fix their error in whoever staff encoded/paid our housing loan by mistake. I was trying to email them to pay for the compensation, inconveniences they had made in my account, unfortunately, no one is responding. Bad services for the clients. I never had this issue when I was paying my PAGIBIG housing loan at IREMIT center. If I can give 0 I would definitely do this, just to let you know that they will never help you in the mistake they created, yet they will let their clients solve the issue.

I sent money last February 2, 2021. My recipient went to claim February 6. Transaction can not be found from either Mhuiller, Palawan and or Cebusna. Have to call them tomorrow. Will update this review after talking to them.
