They deserve 6 starts if there is an option. The store is a very well managed, it's clean, it's organized. The owner is very skillful at what she is doing. We never spend an excessive amount of time in this location, even there is a line up sometimes. This is a shipping must go place. For people who is complainning, I think it's mostly the communication issues, the store is perfect.

Two East Asian people running this store with East Asian accents telling me they don't have the required dimensions for visa photos to Ghana which apparently is "my [your] country" because I happen to be black. I guess all black people are from somewhere else. The irony of such a presumptuous comment from them is too much to bear. And how someone can need a visa to their own country escapes me but at least they're consistent. It's a shame there is no option for zero stars.

I went yesterday to do a fast shipping to Montreal for my son and it’s related to his first day at work and it arrived early this morning to him I was so happy and amazed from the fast delivery and the young lady who finished everything for me was amazing and she knows what she is doing I thank her so much for the fast and organised work of what she was doing and she said it tomorrow it will arrive and it did I love dealing with such amazing staff that they know what they doing and I thank UPS company to have a staff like that … may god bless u all 🙏

Second time my documents arrive two days late, completly wett and the envelop destroyed. Customer service never calls and the employee do not know what to say. I found quiet expensive the shipments. Worst service ever Your answer and feedback doesn't make sense. If you are not responsible for your work maybe you should close your place. I found you attitude agresive for things you can't handle. It is a SHAME
