I recently had to ship a number of very delicate, fragile items home to Ontario. I was waiting for my items to be packed but had a flight to catch and couldn't stay any longer. They took my credit card information, charged me once everything was packed up and ready, and emailed the information to me. George packed it all up and he did an excellent job!! Every item was very well-packed and cushioned and nothing broke. I was very happy with the entire process and highly recommend this location.

My husband and I used UPS 24hrs delivery service for the first time a couple months ago. We paid for a service that was not delivered on time. 24hrs turned into 3 days and penalty fees. After speaking 3 times with the UPS customer service line, we were lied to over and over about everything. We even complained to the manager over the phone and he too lied. So we went back to the store on Country Hills and dealt with the owner George. George right away handle our complaint with professionalism and kindness. He himself contacted their offices and he too was lied to about what was going on. George promised to get to the bottom of it all and let us know what the outcome was. He called us a week later to explain that head office was refusing to refund us but that he himself would. George is a wonderful business owner that we would be more than happy to do business with in the future. I will never use UPS for delivery services but will for sure use George and his employees services for anything in house. Thank you George for showing us that just because your name is a part of a corporation it does not mean you agree with all their policies. You put your clients first..

I'd like to give the place a 3.5. Service was quick, I had to take a bunch of stuff there for laminating and they got it done pretty fast. When I came to pick it up, the clerk noticed by business address was a PO box and started aggressively trying to convince me to switch my box to their location. I've had a couple of other instances like this in here as well.

Asked for some tape to seal a bubble envelope. Told they charge for tape use. 🤨

Muhammad went above and beyond when helping me get a hold of my package required for a next day event & for that I am very appreciative!
