The UPS Store

I have had generally good results here but unfortunately they do not answer the phone which is problematic for customers from out of town like myself. It gets worse... I drove in on a Saturday when they were supposed to be open but they were closed. So I had to stay in Calgary for two nights until Monday morning to pick up my package. When I got there they denied they had been closed Saturday and said they didn't have my package. I pushed my way into the back and found my package while they yelled at me. So I am reducing my star rating to one star. Hey UPS store: you need to pick up your game if you want good reviews. Remember that your customers are depending on you so: 1. communicate with them and be nice 2. be dependable 3. keep track of your packages. Seems like these should be minimum expectations in your kind of business but you didn't meet them. Keep trying.

Drove 20 mins to Willow Park store to send a very important fax to a government office and was charged almost $13. Several days later I received a call from the government office that my fax was sent with pages missing and black on some pages.......I phoned the store and spoke to the owner just wanting to be reimbursed didn’t trust them to resend it again and he made excuses that the problem was on the receiving ends side and not there problem.......so I drive out of my way, paid $12.60 for NOTHING and the owner would not reimburse me. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I like this location for quick drop offs. I found the service prompt and friend. I can't say how they handle issues or anything though as I just do quick drop offs.

This store is terrible. Go to the Shawnessy branch.

I have been trying to settle a damage claim through this UPS store for FIVE MONTHS. I sent a package to Delaware in January which arrived completely smashed. Since then, I have had at least a dozen emails go unanswered, no one will pick up the phone, I've even gone multiple times in person where no one is able to give me any kind of information. I have never sent a package through UPS, but it was too heavy for Canada Post to accept. What I didn't know is when sending this package through a UPS store, they become the shipper and the larger company has no accountability to me, the customer. In other words, I don't matter. All communication goes through this store and despite multiple phone calls to the national UPS, they legally can't tell me anything. Please learn from my misfortune and take your packages to Canada Post.
