Package was delivered, but rather than opening my gate and walking to the door it was just dropped over the fence. Hoping the package is okay but this delivery method is terrible. Update 09/07: appreciate the response from the company and I've had another delivery by them since that went perfectly so they're up to .500

Third delivery and it keeps getting worse. This time, they left the package at a random house, when my address begins with an Apartment number, includes the name of the condo building as well as the buzz code to be let in. Wow.

The package came in good condition. The person who delivered the item rang the door bell and left the item in the corner of my front door which is good. The email notification was also appreciated.
