The UPS Store

Had a job interview for 10:00 so I went to use the computer printing service. it was 9:25-9:30 and the Computer wasn't turned on. Waited 5-10 minutes for it to start/pull up my files. Go to print and the printer isn't working. So she tells me wait its not working and she will help in a minute. Meanwhile she is on the phone and dealing with a customer. I try to select a different main printer I can clearly see beside me and it also was turned off so I had no choice but to wait. (9:45) I have not had this experience at other ups stores. Either they are understaffed (1 person) or under trained to turn on all your equipment in the morning. This process normally takes 5 minutes at other stores. This was very inconvenient and caused me to miss a job opportunity. So there is my review.

Worst customer service, i spend $145 on shipping. I asked 1 sheet of paper & little bit of tape to be used on top of package, she said it will cost me additional $10 ,,, this is just ridiculous. I”ll never recommend this UPS location to anyone. ( One A4 size paper & little bit of tape for $10 this is not fair)

Awful customer service!! Store has stopped providing a simple receipt for UPS drop offs with no explanation. Use any other location you can!

No doubt for the negative reviews here, If it was possible I give them negative stars, Worst customer service ever , anything you want to use at the store , will cost u , either it’s 1 inch of tape , the girl at front need to be polite , this store don’t even deserve 1 star ....

Theres some bad reviews here truthfully ive been dealing with ups canada post and canpar for the last 10 years i have never ever had a problem with ups i rate them the best in my expieiernce for ground delivery canada post not far behind them at all. Canpar..... your better off getting directions to a movie theatre from a blind man
