Such a waste of Money..they said bad address and they have not even tried. I order many things from Amazon and they got delivered with no single issue. I wish we had zero stars option to give them. Ended up wasting my money and picked it up myself.

Ordered a lawnmower via Walmart. (I live in Alberta) they delivered the item to Hamilton, Ontario and even got a signature. I spoke to their "customer service" rep and was appalled by the level of service (or lack thereof). They didn't give one care and at first tried to fob me off to Walmart. In the end they said someone would call me back and that was almost 2 weeks ago and still no call. Walmart couldn't care less either as an FYI. These clowns are useless and wouldn't trust them with any package. If I could give zero stars I would have done.

Worst service ever, driver never pressed the buzzer. Even though they are supposed to try twice, they just tried once and never tried to reach out to me. When I called them up, I was told they didn't have the buzzer number. Not sure why Walmart uses these losers!

Bad reviews are right!!! Took time off work to expect delivery today, checked status on e-mail stating at 10:01 am nobody home (sitting on couch 4 feet away)! No knock on door or use of door bell. Called and they told me that parcel was at Calgary warehouse 10:49 am. The kicker is that I live in Canmore and the drive time to warehouse is 1 hour 20 minutes ( in perfect conditions) so they are telling me that the driver made it back in 48 minutes!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Absolutely Horrible! You can't get a hold of anyone, they screwed up on my order they forgot or just didn't do it! Unbelievable!
