UPS Customer Centre

Absolutely Hate UPS, We live in a Condo Building where you can very easily ring the buzzer, we have been home all 3 days of 'attempted Delivery' but not a single call, just a notice on the outside of the door. They don't even try.. Even my FREE service from amazon gets me better service, they Call the number you left on the the package and will do anything to get the package to you. UPS's Notice states that they will attempt a delivery 3 times, there was no attempt the driver had the notice written before he left his vehicle, slapped it on the door and figured that was good enough....

They always claim that there was an “attempted delivery” I am home all day and they don’t even try to contact me. I even added my buzzer number to my address since it was too difficult for them to look up my buzzer number in the condo directory... and they still don’t even bother. I don’t believe they even stop at my building sometimes as I almost never get paper notices.

3 days: no one knocked and they left a paper. The I signed the paper for them to leave it...they left another paper and stuck it to the one i signed...went online, made an account, filled a form for them to leave it...they did not. Picking it up myself a week late...you have one job, give people deliveries...

We ordered a crib and mattress from best buy and Ups messed us around constantly in the process of trying to receive it. They "tried" delivering the crib matress but did not ring the doorbell or try to see if we were home. The driver just put the notice on our door and walked away. A second delivery was never made as they lost the package and after going to this customer center the best answer they could give us is "I don't know it's probably on a truck". The mattress somehow mysteriously got sent back to the warehouse days later even though they had no idea where it was in their system. As for the crib, it was delayed with "weather delays" a week past the expected arrival date. They had no updates and no information for us at all as calling the customer service number is absolutely no help. I called over 7 times trying to get information and help as my baby was due in less than a month and I wanted to know if our crib would even show up in time, if at all. The only reason it was finally delivered was because my MIL who ordered the crib for us, called best buy and threatened to report the transaction as fraudulent and demand a full refund. Surprisingly the crib showed up the next day. Unsurprisingly the UPS notification system and website didn't work at all and didn't notify me that the crib was out for delivery. I had subscribed to email and text notifications. Neither of which worked at all. It's just lucky for me they actually rang the doorbell that time. As for the mattress I mentioned earlier, Best Buy was great and refunded that part of the transaction so that we could buy one in person and not have to deal with Ups and their stupidity anymore. All in all thanks Ups for stressing out a 8month along pregnant woman way more than neccessary. You have scared me off of ordering anything online any time soon.

I Hate UPS, but the staff at this location are awesome. They went the extra mile to help me get my hands on a package whose delivery was messed up 3 times in a row by their mindless call centre zombies (not the delivery person's fault).
