This.. Has got to be the worst delivery company in the world. Based on Amazon tracking info, they were supposed to deliver me something on Friday. A couple of days before, without any advance notice, they had attached a note to my door handle (where anyone could see or steal it) saying I need to go get the delivery from their office, which is an hour away.
They promised to only hold the package for a few days, after which they thought they could charge me. For a delivery they never made - what a great business model!
Amazon sent me an email saying they'll try to redeliver. They never did.
I contacted Amazon, and they promised to make Purolator deliver the item. The next day, a robot for Purolator called me in French - which I don't really speak - to tell me, that I can get the item from their office. Still no delivery.
A week later, Amazon is trying to twist their arm a bit again. I'm not hopeful. Will just try and cancel the order.
