I walk into the place where a bored, lazy young girl did not even greet me or ask me for my ID, she just stared at me blankly when I said I was here to pick up a parcel. So from my own knowledge, I handed her my ID and paper slip that the delivery man left. She told me that the address was wrong and that she couldn't give me my parcel even though it was under my name. (I shipped it to my aunt's home because i didn't want it to be delivered to my home since it was for a gift). I called Purolator Customer Service on the spot and they told me to have my aunt send me a photo of her ID for proof of address as well as an authorization letter. My aunt did so right away. I then present both of our IDs & the authorization letter and the girl still refused to give me my package. She said Customer Service was wrong to give those instructions and that there was nothing she can do for me. So much wasted time, horribly lazy and rude service, and zero consistency between Customer Service & the Cote Vertu branch. Really frustrating.

Very very bad organisation on the weekend. 1-speed work-line for people picking up items AND people expediting. Very very slow service but nice people. If you get a bad luck you might have to wait 25 minutes to pick up an item on the weekend if people ahead have big items to send.

These guys don't even bother ringing the doorbell. I've been waiting all morning next to the phone to buzz them in when I received a failed delivery attempt message. They are so lazy they would rather write up a delivery notice than take the elevator to deliver a package. Now I need to drive 20 minutes to physically get my package. Just so that the driver can save a good 2 minutes.

It is weird. Purolator in BC and in Ontario delivers on time and calls when they come. But I have never got any call when they delivered in QC(for 4 years). Maybe Purolator Quebec has a different delivery policy. Again!! Purolator lost my parcel ! I have been waiting over 1 week! No delivery notice! No chime! No phone call! And received a signature of somebody who I dont know!!!!! What happened on Earth?

This.. Has got to be the worst delivery company in the world. Based on Amazon tracking info, they were supposed to deliver me something on Friday. A couple of days before, without any advance notice, they had attached a note to my door handle (where anyone could see or steal it) saying I need to go get the delivery from their office, which is an hour away. They promised to only hold the package for a few days, after which they thought they could charge me. For a delivery they never made - what a great business model! Amazon sent me an email saying they'll try to redeliver. They never did. I contacted Amazon, and they promised to make Purolator deliver the item. The next day, a robot for Purolator called me in French - which I don't really speak - to tell me, that I can get the item from their office. Still no delivery. A week later, Amazon is trying to twist their arm a bit again. I'm not hopeful. Will just try and cancel the order.
